Can't use my voucher

I'm tired of phoning and talking to a consultant and getting empty promises. I recieved my voucher code and then couldn't use it. I was told the problem is being resolved. This has now been 3 weeks. 

When will samsung fix their glitches or was it empty promises or false advertising. 

Who else has this issue? #falseadvertising#nothappy

How did you get your voucher? I keep getting emails to use my voucher but never got one

By Email , after numerous phone calls. But it's pointless as I can't use it.
