I need your guidance and support.
I had collected a promotional offer on the Samsung Wallet app which clearly mentioned that after completing 1 Tap & Pay payment, I would get a ₹250 Amazon voucher. I successfully completed all the required transactions and met all the conditions and recived voucher too, but it's in barcode/numeric/10 digit form where's Amazon voucher are in Alphanumeric/14 digt form....
Unfortunately, it never worked . I also tried reaching out to Samsung support via calls and emails, but till now there has been no response or resolution.
Has anyone else faced the same issue? Or is there any other way to escalate this matter?
