No,it's a system app. You can check it from Settings>Apps>Sherlock>If there is a disable option then disable it.

And no need to worry it's on some Galaxy phones preinstalled.

i found exactly the same mysterious app in my last tablet galaxy TAB A. probably since an update.

 

it look safe BUT i never find any real answer about this app. what is it using for exactly??
