It is a support library for AR applications like AR emoji and the measure app which you can download from the play store.

It's the app that gives mixed experience of virtual world connected with the real world. You can place (moving or rest) objects/cartoons/stickers and play with them. And actually they gets placed on the plane(axis) like the natural objects.
