Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that kindly check the performance of your device after following below mentioned steps:

1)Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.

Menu>Settings> Connections > Mobile Networks> Network operators> Select Automatically
(LTE/3G/2G(auto connect)).

2) Search for the Network Manually as follows:

Menu> Settings> Connections > Mobile Networks> Network Operators> Select Network.

2) You may check by exchanging the SIM in SIM slots.

3) Insert different SIM card in your mobile and check if the issue is resolved or not.

If still facing issue then provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).

After all i have done but network problem not sort out. if u know your phone have some network problem why u do not take all faulty device back. day by day you are losing popularity regarding S8, j7 prime A7 etc. I think Apple is much better than Samsung. totally waste of money. I think Redmi phone 's better and cheap than your device
