vibrates on touch and app crashes

My j2 2018 I started using this device recently almost had it for a year I've noticed that the app crashes every now and then, it started to get more frequent now and whenever you touch the phone accidently the phone starts to vibrate I don't know is it the feature that I might have activated or someone else is also having this kind of issue. I hope that the devoleper team get this fixed in upcoming updates or troubleshoot this issue.

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

1) Clear the Cache of the apps that crashes (setting>>apps>>apps which are crashing >>storage>>clear data and cache).

2) Do the reset settings of the device (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset setting).

3) Run the device in Safe mode and check the issue.

4) If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.
