vedio chat problem

Why is that when i have a vedio call to someone and im rplying sime messages the camera go off they cant see me but they can hear me....in samsung note 9 even you are txting or doinge messagea in the messenger while vedio chating they can see you....are this A71 is a **bleep** or a scrap....?

are you using any 3rd party video app?
then it's the issue to that app. clear app cache and forced stop the app. then see what's happen
