just go in setting then apps then on right hand three dots will be there click it then click on show system apps search for ims setting and click on it uninstall the update and it will be fixed
I was getting it soon after upgrading the software a week ago. Was getting other error messages too. Suggest escalate to Samsung Support. But suddenly two days ago it stopped and all other glitches also rectified
