unable to activate e sim

I am using  note 20 ultra 5g i was trying  to activate my e sim but it doesn't   always show a error  message.. error code svr_8.2/1.2

🤓 ....recently only 2 network provider providing e sim facility...1.airtel and 2. jio .... please contact with them about service

i have airtel sim and also QR code provided by airtel then i scan qr code it show an error message error code svr_8.2/1.2

ya bro ..thatswhy told to contact with them for settings because only airtel experts can activate that

airtel convert your existing sim into esim, and for this its mandatory to visit Airtel store
and in case of jio they are providing new
