We are highly upset and troubled by the customer care of samsung ..all my products are of samsung ,from my phone to television but the new buy which is a refrigerator just 1 week old and it's a fault price..the reliance digital service person has also acknowledged it's a fault piece but the samsung technician came in today and denied there's anything wrong and had no manners to talk ,called us liars ...there is full moisture in the fridge n he says its sweating giving example of cold water in a glass ..is he crazy..its literally water in my entire new fridge on fruits ,vegetables, every possible item ...the freezer has ice Crystal's which he denies that he can't see ..another lie ..he captures a video and says every thing is seen is the video ..he's taken  a stupid lame video where nothing was seen and obv every phone camera can't capture as much as he can see from his naked eye ...finally he spoke in a brash roadside manner n left without resolving anything ...I am going to make a police complaint and consumer court too ..disgusted either samsung
