switching automatically from 4g to 2g airtel provider samsung m31

I have purchased new Samsung m31 , and using aitel sim in both slots , devices automatically switching networks from 4g to 2g .

do this settings...if then also it's creating problem then it's problem of network coverage at your area
.....and not only yours ..airtel now a days disturbing to so many area wise

I Don't think so, I am using redmi note 7 pro and having airtel sim , this issue not in that device

When signal strength is weak in Samsung M series phone then your internet speed drop, this is very common problem when signal weak
check your signal strength
goto 1.settings
2. about phone
3. status
4. sim card status
check signal strength if signal strength cross low 35asu or cross above -105dbm then internet speed drop or some time no internet connection show
