[suggession] Samsung Pay mini: Option to disable quick access to cards slider

The recent versions of the app show a forced slider at the bottom on the home screen. As it comes in the way when opening the app drawer and also as many are students (including me), who own Samsung phones and who don't require this feature, kindly provide with an option to disable it.
