still learning usage pattern in device care

I reset my note 10 3 days now after reset under device care it is still learning usage pattern any idea how and when it will start shown the battery time ?

Please help if u know anything about it

2 days ago i purchased samsubg s20 FE whose battery is 4500 mah . But phone does not give me much battery life and i felt that my money is wasted . I have to charge my mobile twice in a day . Is it happening beacuse of battery learning usage pattern .....?
