go to

● Settings 》apps (applications) 》 Smarthings 》 storage 》 Clear data 》clear cache.


open the Smarthings again it should be working fine make sure it updated as well.

Thanks but did not work. I also cant get the tags to reset now. I am hoping its battery replacement time and that was the only reason... I think they are just about a year old now.
