power button + volume down at the same time.
alternatively if you've enabled Palm swipe you can capture the screen just swipping your palm over the screen.

There are several ways..
1) Traditional one..volume down+power button
2) Enable palm swipe capture- go to advanced feature and select motion and gestures and enable palm swipe to capture
Note: Remember that your hand must touch the edges of your device screen while taking screenshots.
3) Enable Assistant menu: Go to settings and select Accessibility, now click on Interaction and dexterity
after this select assistant menu..and enable this option..
THE BEST METHOD----
MY PERSONAL BEST IS THE UTILIZATION OF SMART CAPTURE VIA GOODLOCK APP/NAVSTAR..IT WILL CREATE SCREENSHOT BUTTON ON YOUR NAVIGATION BAR..AND YOUR JOB IS DONE..YOU CAN TAKE SCREENSHOT DIRECTLY FROM THE NAV. BAR.
FOR THIS YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD GOODLOCK APP VIA GALAXY STORE..
