I am using Samsung devices from past 9 or 10 years maybe I do face these issues some times, but trust me it's not the device problem it's due to the app's. Anyone noticed we install a app it's ask our details & permissions after some use we uninstall it but the second time we reinstall it doesn't ask any permission, because some of the backup files remains in the device these files still use the system data which causes the device to slow down. And second Important thing Don't use any third party Ram cleaner apps
Tips: If your device slows down or hangs up always try factor reset in every 4 or 5 months
