Suddenly I see pink line in the screen of s7 can any body help me on this as I am new to Samsung device

I've seen it before on one my friends device. he told me he had his phone in pool for more than half an hour so he got the same pink line. so I think you must also have had your phone in water and the pink line can cause only due to this reason.

no.i also had this and i nevr used it in pool nor had any water damage. i got my screen replaced under full warranty.visit your nearest service centre before warrantt runs out.otherwise screen replacement will cost about 15k

I have never used in pool and not even drenched in rain...can u pls tell me is the screen replacement covered in warranty..my handset is 9 months old

I had bought new handset in jan'17 and date of activation updated in the samsung system is 16.03.2016 when cross checked and informed about wrong date...i was told to check with the retailer

even after providing the Bill I was told it will be paid replacement since the warranty is over...now I am clueless what to do either the retailer is not helping nor the service centre guys....this is absurd that even after providing the Bill the issue will not be resolved....felt like betrayed by retailer and samsung....
