s20 fe overheating

Hi.Have received a new s20 FE. After 1 day the top part of the phone (screen and back) started getting hot during calls and whatsapp messaging. Is this a usual Issue? Battery also drops 30% overnight without being used

You may also try the following troubleshooting steps: 

1. Optimise the battery: Settings>> Device Care>> Optimise Now. 

2. Please go to Settings>>Apps>> Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner>>Show System Apps>> Software Update>> Storage>> Clear Cache.

3. Then please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

I did this, is this supposed to help with my S20 FE overheating issue?

mine just came from Samsung care in Newlands East. still overheating when using camera, whatsapp or Facebook
