OthersOpen Samsung Members app >> Click on get help section >> on the feedback section click on error reports >> on the categories click on power/battery/charging >> then select the frequency as always >> then write down the problems whatever you're facing and allow it to collect your device log.
NOTE: Please put your device on charging while submitting the log report.
It will take some time and you'll get a response from Samsung authorities.
