okay let me just break this down to you .. first of all samsung is not the oly company in the world which offer budget phone there are a lot of other company which are offering oreo and that too at a lower price point then this and with much more advance feature than samsung ...

secondly . samsung officially realsed a statement that there budget phone will recive one major os update and at least two major security patch..
samsung j7 pro ,j7 max they are new budget smartphones and they both havent recive the os update yet .. and they are in the mrket for all most for 1year now.


3rd why you switch to a different phone becouse everyone wants to be updated with the new technology .. and if they are going to release the update so late it will kill the purpose .. other companies like xiomi ,oppo vivo , one plus etc they are already enjoying the perks of oreo by the time samsung ppl receive the android o these guys will be preparing for the android p ..



4th thing i axcept that all the ppl who are complaining have budget phone.
but they paid budget price for a budget phone with budget features..and they are asking for what is promised to them.
either you should take care of all the custmore you have or you just play by the rules of one plus and apple .. just realse one flag ship phone a year if you are only focusing on your flag ship phones.


if you want yo capture the budget market you have to satisfy the budget clients as well.


you just cant focus on a flagship phone only in india .. bcuz india is a developing market a budget centric country ...
there major market is budget phones not the flagship one..


and if you are not able to deliver the promises dont make any fake promises at the time of product launch ki "bhaiya busdget phone hai jo feature de diye bus de diye koi update nahi denge"

so what will happen is the ppl will shift to other brands and still care about there custmore.
