Dear sir/ma'am

I am kashyap limbachiya from surat Gujarat.

Writing this mail regarding not satisfactory warranty service gettinf from your side as you are being reputed company.

I am having Note 10 lite mobile working perfectly and happy with your cell phone.

But there is earphone provided with the same device is not working properly as one sided bud is not working now as there is no any physical damage on there.

Your well-known customer care denied to replace in warranty period by saying it is physically damaged. So for the clearification I am here by sending you few photos & video of particular earphone which is not working properly.

Kindly check thorough out it.
