samsung should have to take serious steps in performance department to gain his legacy .as we know in camera samsung is surely best .but my concern is that samsung should develop high quality chipset and highly optimised software in order to become no 1 in performance ranking .here are the screenshot

Benchmark scores don't matter too much.

Benchmark runs the optimal condition test. there are a lot of other factors that affect performance. Take the google pixel 2 as an example. in this test it doesnt stand a chance against other phones, But its still a better option to consider. Same is with Samsung Galaxy S9 and Note 9
