Bro, all newly launched devices are eligible..but wait for official list..there is no official list or news..wait till the end of this month..👍🌝

It depends, if any device, currently running on pie and UI 1.0, then there is great chance(as all Samsung devices are entitled for two major updates, if your device have received two major updates, then almost no chance)...still, I will suggest..wait till this month..
