Dear all plss sujjest how to restrict background data

go to settings and data

[Sidhabhi]

Select settings
scroll down to applications
select desired apps to restrict background data
like gmail, select it
now click on the first option mobile data
and disable background data.
or
Settings- connections- data usage- mobile data usage- click on desired apps- restrict background data.
