note 8 charging issues

Hi is anyone else having battery issues with their note 8 since it did an update, I have a issues where is does not charge, have play with cable and does not fast charge any longer, the device will say 6 hours to fully charge and sometimes 4 hours to fully charge  and the battery only last 6 hours minimum...

Please check if the fast cable charging is activated.
 
1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Device Care.
4. Select Battery.
5. Select 3 dots on the upper right.
6. Tap the slider next to the fast cable charge to activate.

 

Please disconnect the cable from the adapter then connect back and ensure that it is properly connected.
You can also test with a different Samsung Fast charger. If the issue persist, you may need to have the phone assessed. See below link to locate your closest Service Location:

Nope some times fast charge most times it's slow charges
