I'm not getting 4g properly why because 4g/3g/2g this type options enable 4g LTE network going down to 2g please enable only 4g option

Your phone is designed to use the best signal available. But if you want to set your device to '4g only' then follow these steps:
Go to settings > Connections > Mobile Networks and change the Network Mode to LTE Only.
This may turn your sim off if your device didn't get enough signal.

it may be network issue kindly check in your area 4g is available contact your network provider and tell them issue

if you want to use only lte only option you should have a jio sim. except jio no other service provider are giving us lte only service check deeply buddy.. 4g/3g/2g option it depends on your network connectivity if strong network its using 4g not 3g or maybe sometime 2g. this issue also exist on my all brand new phones if network connection is weak it automatically chnges to from 4g to 3g 2g
