Its more then one month on my note 9 its showing moisture deducted on charging port,I use the hair drier ,clean the port but it's still there,please help
Do not use hair dryer , many says it but hair dryer usually bring more moisture to device .( explaination you could found at google search )
you can reset the moisture algorithim .
switch off the device
now while phone is off hold power bottom + volume down and connect charger , all together means at same time you have to insert charger cable in phone as well as have to press power + volime down key
wait for vibration and the logo . do not release vol down + power
You phone will show a blank screen now than release power + vol down key and wait till 50% charge while power off state
please note in some samsung models resetting moisture algorithm is slight different than mentioned
