I am a samsung mobile user for almost one and half year and in this period I have experienced that samsung service centers provide below average service in comparison to what you get with Apple. Why I am comparing it with Apple cos I am using samsund flagship S20 that indirectly completes with iPhone. The problem is for service center they deal 100k price  phone user same like 10k price phone users. So service quality falls for premium phone user. Most of the time they don't open job sheet for small issues and  for every problem only one solution." Need to format your device". If they o open job sheet ,Even for new phone they will put minor scratches  in phone physical condition remark  section . They will argue with you to not chage it to no scratch or any visible marks  cos  its a format that cannot be changed.  And on top of that they can even use ur phone just to very the problem. Its basically a part replacement stop rather than problem solving. 
You can buy a so called premium/ flagship phone from samsung but don't expect same premium service from samsung.
