update my phone Samsung j7 prime 7.0 it is worst software I want 6.1 please tell me anyone...
1.screen blinking
2. WiFi not connecting
3. Internet not connecting properly
4. apps very slow very very very slow
5. phone also heating
6. full battery problem it's coming only 3 hours

in my of J7 Prime is much stable after update but only problem is that the brightness suddenly increases to full but the problem is resolved once I pick the screen and unlock it again.

mera bhi brightness ka thora problem ho raha hye video dekhne kye time par...automatic kom ho ja raha hye...back karne mye pherse thik ho ja raha hye??

We would like to inform you that Samsung never recommend or provide downgrading of OS after update. You can only update your device using smart switch or FOTA.
