after latest update in j7 2016 device volte,ultra data saving mode and s-bike mode stopped working.

Just Go to recovery mode
power off handset n just hol volume up+home+power button for 10 seconds and clear cache partition and reboot system repeat this step 4_5 times continously volte will be activate successfully it works 100%
