issue with live caption

Live caption is automatically activated and draining the battery. If turn it off also, will pops up again and again. I faced this issue several times and need help to resolve it

Try restarting the phome

Check youtube or some similar apps activating it
or
turn off live caption in volume control
or
last reset accessibility settings

settings>general management>select reset>click on reset accessibility settings

problem with live caption came again. even update is of no use to this issue. All times live caption pops up, but some apps are restricting it
