1. Check while you making conference call, ‘Add call’ should be highlighted if it is not then Go to setting>>Setting>>Home screen mode>>select Basic mode.

3. Check device in safe mode. (While restarting handset when Samsung logo appear-long press volume down key until phone get on-check for few hours).If no issue in safe mode delete 3rd party app and then check.
4. Check by insert another SIM card if no issue found then contact to your service provider in which SIM card you are facing issue.
