With the yesterday's software update a new app by the name A R Zone was installed. I don't need and want to uninstall it, but I can't. Do I have any ways to uninstall it rather than just disabling or force stopping it?
You call this resolved. It is not resolved. Samsung has installed a program onto my phone that I neither ok'd nor would ever want. And they have put in on so deep in the system I can' remove it. That is not acceptable. It sits there now mocking me and taking up memory I want for items I actually use. The arrogance of a company making assumptions and putting things on my phone is annoying. And it is useless to me and most adults that use the phone for actual business purposes. And the customer (no) service departments are nearly useless. I got accused of being so stupid that I installed it and don't remember doing it. I talked to 5 people none even had a clue what AR Zone is. So this topic in not resolved. We can hide the useless things you install on us but they still take up our memory and disk space. STOP IT. Any one have information to shutting these back doors these organizations use?
