Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that kindly follow the given steps mention below for overcome issue:
1. Click on Open setting (When shows error Message)
2. Click on more setting > show system apps.
3. Disable all apps from there but do not disable Google play services.
4.Go to setting >application >application manager > any app > allow all permissions.
If still facing issue then provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
