hi you can only retrieve photos and videos

Hi, please note that you can only be able to retrieve your photos if you had backed up your gallery.

On your phone, please do the following:

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Cloud and Accounts
4. Tap on Backup and Restore
5. Select Restore data

Kindly follow the below steps to activate cloud backup:

1.   From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2.   Tap Gallery.
3.   Tap on the 3 dots on the upper right.
4.   Tap Settings.
5.   Tap Samsung account.
6.   Push Slider to de/activate.
