having problem with call recording on Samsung A20

Hi guys. I'm using Samsung A20. I activated call recording but I cant find where calls are being recorded to and now that option for call recording is no longer there. Can someone please assist if you had the same problem.  Thank you in advance

Hi 

Please be advised that Samsung devices do not have the call recording functionality anymore, it has been discontinued.

my A20 and my j6 are no longer reading usb . what could be the problem?
