gear Fit 2 Pro Reactivation Lock on

I bought a gear Fit Pro online but it came with Reactivation Lock on and the device is locked with a Samsung Id which I do not know....unable to pair it with my phone can anybody by letting me know how to unlock the device so that I can use it.

I am also having such type of issue (REACTIVATION LOCK) and I visited all of Samsung Service center they tried but the issue was not solved I have purchased gear fit 2 pro online from snapdeal and It came with reactivation lock i am having bill box and all legal details, dear Samsung please help me for such issue
