1 go to settings
2 select fonts and style
3 click on font and select ur font

if that font no inbuilt then you cant use
however u can download Zfont from playstore, it has huge collection of fonts

yes it has no such font, but so many other font.
by the way if you download by any way even after that, u won't be able to use it
