fingerprints and face unlock issue

well, i just bought Samsung M31 today on May 30, 2020        before update the fingerprints and face unlock working just fine, but after sofware updated, i couldn't use the fingerprints and face unlock? please help! Thank you

Remove your fingerprints and face registration data and re-add them.

Remove your old finger print and face registration and then re-add them. Hopefully this will fix your problem

1) The device may not recognize fingerprints that are affected by wrinkles, small or thin fingers.

2) To improve recognition performance, register fingerprints of the hand used most often to perform tasks on the device.
