file transferring

I have samsung j7 nxt with pie update I having problem while transferring files from internal storage to SD card please help

in phone I want to transfer files internal storage to sd card

Is this problem is happening because of pie versions

I got solutions first go to Device maintenance and then go storage and click on SD card an then click 3 Dots storage settings after it click Unmount Arrow then again do it Mount It's Done Now you can copy/move files
