y diesnt samsung prpvide atleast an basic face lock... everhonor 7X 12000 rs phone also providing the face lock to its users but samsung doesnt provides even for 20000 rs phone also... no android Oreo 8.0 updates but remaining all phone companies are providig 8.0 update with new security patch dates allways samsung wil be lazy to provide the customer satisfaction why???

i think samsung will be going down very soon in indian smart phone market even xaiomi was also anouncing face lock to its MI NOTE 5 PRO. BUT samsung was always bckward to give O.S updates and faied to give face lock even for 20k mobiles also.
