I was updating apps from play store but seeing the issue here , I have now stopped update for now

Thanks for sharing your concern. Kindly check mentioned steps to overcome the issue.

1.    Check with another account.

2.    Main menu>>settings>>applications>>E-mail>>force stop and in storage>>clear data.

In case the issue still remains, we welcome you to approach us via remote access feature under support option in Samsung Members App.

tried factory reset also so confirmed this is a bug in the current update of s7 edge. plz help to release update asap

I did factory reset still problem is there while downloading any attachment
