i have recieved my s8 plus device today only.
while using akg earphones provided in s8 box i found that it is faulty one.
i cannot listen any sound from left earphone part.
is this any software issue or the hardware provided is faulty one??

i have already visited. first of all i was told it will take just few minutes to get new earphone.
no one picked my phone i tried six times and i was late (7.30 ) as address was changed.
when i reached i was told it can not be done that day and i need to submit phone along with earphones. and i should collect next day.and stored data may lost.
now i will have to visit that center on weekend
the question is:
1. what is my fault,i paid for the service and its only me who is suffering.
2. why there is no responsibility taken properly by samsung(even though samsung center employee was nice but its the process that is frustrating).
its damaging brand value.
