It's bug in Samsung's servers that's plaguing users with devices running Oreo. A lot of people have reported the issue. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon. Meanwhile try restarting your device.

it's not a Samsung bug it's a notification in notice and activity I am using a7 2018 with one ui and pie see this pic

it is bug in samsung members app just force stop samsung members app it will go....but when you open samsung members app again it will appear..
