i have also C9 pro and it will take more than 5-8hrs to charge even after 100 charging not done.i was facing this problem from last one and half month.plz resolve

It sounds impossible for a 4000 mah battery to charge completely in 8 hrs.
Try charging it with a normal charger.

no its a problem of softwere i faced this some days after i start my ohone in safe mode and charge.its work graet and charge only just 80 minnutes to full.. isse pehle maine bhi apna mobile 6 6 ghante lagaya tha charge ke liye fir bhi puri raat mai full nhi hota tha ..bro phone ko start karo then

then uske uoar android wala logo ayega and jab android wala logo jayega and samsung wala ayega startup ke samay mai samsung likha aye tab volume - wala button press karke ise safe mode mai run karo for 4 to 5 hours and its solve .if any problems again u can reset ur phone in one time and then charge your phone..all work its i have also do this and use now better

ik new problems a rhi ya har ik company de kise v phone vich ..memory card agar wdiya comoany da nhi hai ta fer phones hang ho rhe ne..applications problems de rhi ya ..islayi samsung da class 10 wala memory card hi use karo hamesa and phone memory always 60 percent ta free rakho hi agar phone jayada speed te use karna chaoede ho ta hamesa every 2 ya 3 month baad phone factory reset jaroor karobik waar
