blue light filter not applying on notifications panel!

I have galaxy j7 2016 i downloaded blue light filter app to cure my eyes during night.but it's not applying on notification panel.before the oreo update it used to apply everywhere including panel too.but after update it's not applying everywhere!!!!

dont try third party bluelight it can ruid your phones display.
