application crashing

bro i and Googled and checked that the server's are onl and the issue is that application is crashing more like not responding

yes its crashing but for some users
it might be under maintenance....

try clearing Cache,& update it also,it is available .

Yesterday, both Samsung members and Instagram were crashing and not only one but many were facing the same issue.
