How did my members account transferred to Indian community after an year? 

Till yesterday i was in uae community because my model is an uae version. Now after one ui 2.5 update i am here in Indian community. 

Anyway i am here so does call recording available in India? In uae version it is not available. I think i will get updates like an Indian model. 🤷‍♂️

Yes, call recording is available in India(note::wifi calling doesn't support it)..but as you said your device is from UAE..

even my country is changed to India after the update . but still it doesn't support call recording

it is like this in Indian Model

turn on wifi calling if you have a good wifi connection most of the time. it will improve call quality and make calls more stable
