i  am   changing my  notification   ringtone   after    that  it   will   not    show   the   option like   "choose   the   ringtone   what   you  want  in  memory  card"   before    oreo  update   is  worked   but   after  i  update    software    to    pie   android     it    not   work

yup ...samsung should provide notification sound to choose from memory card or external storage
