I Got my First ZFlip in November 2021 by December 2021 it had a line at the flip part. This phone had never fallen or had any kind of physical damage. I took it back to MTN and they told me that the screen had been damaged inside. Which I still don't understand. To cut the long story short I was given a new phone today 1st of March 2022, 3 months no phone. I am so scared to even use this phone it's a contract and I imagine myself paying for a phone that might wake up any day with a black centre line and black. I am so traumatized and so scared to use a phone I am paying for. I am a Samsung fan but for the first time I hate this brand.

Unacceptable for a premium device with a premium price tag to behave in such a manner.

Why didn't you just cancel the contract after 1 month with no phone? I personally would never buy this flips and folds honestly, unless they get perfected at some point.

The phone has a crease in the middle when you fold it which is normal and do not remove any screen protectors because that what protects the screen, if you do, it becomes vulnerable. Also don't use any sharp objects on it because you will damage the screen. Foldable phones are still not as tough as a regular phone and if you have kids, by all means try not all them to use it because they won't know how to take care of it
